Group Fitness

Add some variety to your exercise routine with one of our range of group fitness modules.
Conducted over a short 6 week period you can select from a number of classes including low impact TBT session, a high intensity Boxfit circuit or a body balancing Pilates session all designed to add something a little different to your total well being and fitness strategy.
Each module aims to commit you to 6 prebooked sessions over 6 weeks in groups of no more than 12 with a minimum of 7 participants required for each module to run.
Payment is required 1 week prior to scheduled start date to confirm your booking.
As there is no refund available on fees once the module begins, you are advised to choose carefully before committing.

Members $48 per module

Pilates
A class designed to improve posture, balance and body alignment working on flexibility, core strength and breathing

Lo Impact
A workout aimed at relieving stress and renewing energy. You will tone and strengthen muscles, improve flexibility and burn fat with no running or jumping

Boxfit
Is a knockout high intensity session using a combination of boxing techniques and floor based strength and cardio work. Work on your co ordination, strength and general fitness

TBT’S
The jiggly bits that everyone wants to get rid of. Toning Tummy, Butt and Thighs is the focus in this session with a combination of low impact floor exercises

Yoga
Make the mind body connection and develop an awareness of your own body through traditional strength and breathing exercises
